Yuki Yama — meaning "snow mountain" in Japanese — is a private snowboard school and mountain guide service based in Niseko, Hokkaido.
Founded by Yuki Kawashima, Yuki Yama was created with one simple mission: to share the magic of Japan's snow mountains with guests from around the world. Every session is fully private, personally guided, and designed entirely around you — your level, your goals, and the best snow conditions of the day.

Powder & backcountry →The Hokkaido Premium is Yuki's most personal offering. With private transfers included, your group can explore Niseko All Mountain, Rusutsu, Kiroro, Moiwa, and beyond. Yuki reads the snow conditions daily and guides you to the best terrain for your level and goals — whether that's a gentle introduction to snowboarding or chasing fresh tracks across multiple resorts. Local onsens, hidden spots, and everything in between — this is Hokkaido entirely on your terms.

Weather & Safety Policy
In the event of severe weather conditions or safety concerns that make the session impossible to run, a full refund will be issued. Yuki will contact you as early as possible if this occurs. Please note that typical Niseko winter conditions — light snow, cold temperatures — are not considered grounds for cancellation. These are part of the experience.
